Pinocchio Pizza & Pasta in Muhlhausen

Just moved to Wilton, first time trying this place. Loved it!

Owner was very disrespectful to me confused me with someone else over the phone. I have done business with them on 3 different occasions. The first time I came to the restaurant I saw the owner treating a delivery driver BADLY yelling at the man in front of people.(I should have known then.) I was ignored at the counter trying to buy food 2 different occasions. This last visit I was laughed at by the staff. Was not even able to civily explain the situation without yelling because the man wouldn't even let me talk and had no interest or intention on hearing me out. The pizza is good but I can't support being treated the way I was treated today (by the owner) based on an unrelated incident that I was grouped into, and had absolutely no involvement in. This was the last straw pizza is good but there are plenty other pizza alternatives out there!

Ordered pizza on GrubHub since Pinocchio’s website didn’t work at all. Heard it was a great place to eat, but guess we’ll never know. Sat in the parking lot to pick it up and NOBODY was there in the store. At all. Was a complete waste of time.

It's very sad that I have to write this negative review. I have been a loyal customer for a year now. I prefer Pinnochio Pizza over most pizza in Wilton. I've never had a problem with them.... Until tonight. I received my order on my porch, but I noticed the box was slightly ajar. I opened the box and realized that a slice of pizza was missing. That wasn't the big issue, things happen from time to time so we called them to see if we could get a replacement pie for the damaged one we had received. My wife called the store to speak to the owner and tell him about the issue, suggesting maybe the delivery person had something to do with the damage (because we did not know what else would cause such precise damage). The owner, instead of just working to correct the issue, argued with us concerning how loyal his driver was. He was very nasty to my wife, told her he "wasn't falling for it" and acted as if she had been lying about the situation...his tone was so disrespectful and disgusting that I had to get involved in the call. I work in food service and when food issues occur normal protocol is just to work with someone to replace their food. Instead, I spent 10 minutes arguing about the loyalty of his driver, and hearing him refuse to make us another pizza (even though we technically hadn't even asked him for one) Even when I said "take the driver's involvement out of the equation, we still have a damaged pizza" he asked me "you work in food service what would you do if someone called you with this complaint?" I responded, "I would just REPLACE their DAMN PIZZA." After all the arguing, he finally asked if we wanted a replacement pizza....we did not. He asked if we wanted our money back, we said yes and he hung up the phone. The experience was so unpleasant, my wife and I lost our appetite and just threw our two pies away. I can guarantee we won't be ordering from here EVER AGAIN. Because God forbid there is ever something wrong with our order in the future, clearly we would be verbally reprimanded and called liars. This is the most unpleasant experience I've had with a restaurant owner in Wilton and the most unpleasant experience I've had with a Wilton resident since I've moved here. We had been loyal, using this company for everything from business meetings to birthday parties. Never again. Wishing all of you better luck than we had.

Ordered pick up. Sign on door says masks required. All the customers were wearing masks. But the majority of the staff had them down around their necks. Or the ones who were wearing didnt have them covering their nose. Will not be returning.

I was raised in NYC. That makes me a, "Pizza Snob." If you're looking for a very good NY style pizza parlour - go to Pinocchio Pizza. I never expected it to be that good. Ordered a slice of Buffalo Chicken pizza. Large piece, quite tangy, non-greasy and delicious. On the pricey side, but it is Wilton, CT.

Good pizza, a bit overpriced. We ordered delivery, that went just fine. Unfortunately the pizza was definitely overpriced for the area, and it wasn't so good to justify it. Other non-pizza things we ordered were less good, the garlic bread was pretty much just bread, and one person ordered the fettuccine alfredo and was very unhappy with it. Definitely better options in the area.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Great staff, fast service, and best of all world championship winning pizza! Doesn't matter if it's a sandwich, hot wings, or simply cheese pizza you want, you can't go wrong. This is hands down some of the best pizza you will ever shove into your mouth. Come hungry and you'll be sure to leave happy,!

Went tonight at 9:13 PM on a Friday. I went in for a slice of Sicilian, and it turned out they didn't have any. They let me know that what they had out was all that I could choose from. I asked if I they could prepare a cheese calzone for me instead. Their response was "it's 9:30 and getting late" when in fact it was just barely 9:15 PM (mind you, they are open until 11 PM). I said, "no problem, I will go somewhere else." Once that was said, one of the men told me it was no longer an issue and to give him 7 minutes. In my head, I was thinking to myself, why would this guy give me a hard time about making it when it only takes 7 minutes. I went to my car to wait and came back a few minutes later. One of the men asked if I wanted sauce with that (which I think is pretty standard with a calzone) in which I replied, "yes please! definitely sauce." The guy next to him proceeded to roll his eyes and began speaking Spanish to the man behind him. My father visits this place regularly, and leaving tonight gave me such a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will ever go here again. I did not appreciate the rude employees, especially since I was willing to change my original order. Not to mention, my father couldn't even finish the calzone...saying it was "the worst calzone he's ever eaten."

Specialty pizza slices are laying out, not made fresh. I enjoy a good pizza that comes out fresh from the oven. However, the pizza has a good taste to it. The chicken parmigiana pizza is a favorite of friends and family members. I recommend trying this place and comparing to others around.

My grandson and I went on a quest to find the best pizza in Wilton. Time and again, he chose Pinocchio's. It's now our go-to pizza place. Kid-tested! Also! I had left my credit card there in my rush to get home from a terrible storm one night and they called my daughter to let me know they found it.

Great! Pizza & Dinners were OUTSTANDING - not only eating on premises but the catering was EXCELLENT! Highly recommend!
